• Provide timely feedback during project engagements
• Make payments according to agreed schedules

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Neither party shall be held liable for failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters
• Government actions or regulations
• Pandemics or public health emergencies
• Cyber attacks or security incidents
• Utility or infrastructure failures
• Wars, terrorism, or civil unrest
